Goodyear has just introduced a new passenger car tire line that it says can improve a vehicle’s fuel economy by as much as 4 percent. The new all-season Assurance Fuel Max tire was designed with a tread compound that has 27 percent less rolling resistance than a typical tire. Low rolling resistance means improved fuel economy.
